I just got home from Fry's and added my CE access code as well as my pre-release codes, signed in and low-and-behold there was a message saying I had bonus items waiting for me!

I quickly typed "/bonusitems" and faster than you can say Holy C@#$ there they were in my rangers back-pack.

Unfortunately my new Fiery sunspear of shelter and my Icy Soulbreaker of Enchanting ARE CUSTOMIZED FOR MY RANGER!!!

What kind of insane torture is this? Any thoughts? Perhaps they come customized to keep them from being traded before midnight?

If anyone knows anything I'd appreciate the assist.

Pre-order weapons have always come customised. They have NEVER been tradable.

Its no problem, you can use that command anytime you want. And whichever character you use it on, spawns the weapons customized for them.

Even if you trash them you can use the command and get them back.

Our friend is right, preorders have always been costumized..
No worries though, you can type /preorder, or /bonusitems on all chars, they will all get the spear and scythe.. I even read that when you throw on away, you can recreate them by typing /preorder again ^^

Uhhh is this happening to anyone else? When I type /bonusitems or /preorder the scythe/spear isn't showing up

-- And before anyone gets all smartass on me, yes I did buy the Bonus Pack and yes I DID add the key, AND YES I'M SURE I DID BECAUSE I GOT 3 UNUSED CHARACTER SLOTS AFTER I MERGED IT WITH MY ACCOUNT

/bonusitems or /preorder works only in outposts and cities. If you create a new character and type those command, you will never see those until you issue them after tutorial and in the city.

Ohhhhhhhhh thanks gwfreak xD -- I got really impatient, with all the lag and the fact that the lady i'm suppose to follow in the tutorial isn't moving after all her talking about how to move and such... -___-

I preordered both CE.

Next question on this topic - how do I trash the unwanted ones out of my inventory. They won't drop outside, and even worse, having given my hero monk and necro their u beaut weapons I have prepared for then I can't drop sell salvage anything with their old starter ones. Can't even put them direct into storage, though I have managed to swpa them into storage then take them out onto my mule. What I really need though is to givethem the ole heave ho and that is proving unusually difficult.

Place them in your trash. Packpack/Beltpouch/Bag/Bag/ TRASHCAN

I have all the CEs and the GOTY edition and I only see the GOTY and NF weapons whenever I type /preorder or /bonusitems. I don't see any weapons for Factions. What are they supposed to be, and what do you suppose I've done wrong that I don't see them?

The preorder weapons will be on your character when you type in /preorder (i think or /bonusitem) To get rid of it, if you ever want those empty spaces. Simply drag the bonus items and put it in the garbage can to destory.

you should be getting both.

Do you have room in your inventory for 4 weapons and your minipets?

Did you install your Bonus Key to that account.

What they're talking about here is from the Pre-Release Pack (selling for like $5 or $10 or free with pre-order) but it's a SEPERATE key and case and all from the collector's edition. Or just go into the key management thing at the login page and if you have the PRP it should state Pre-Release Pack key somewhere there...
